A new, modern look. We did a brand refresh, to fit a digital era.
Kim San Leng is a traditional coffeeshop chain that has served Singaporeans with traditional local delights since 1965. Since then, they have opened multiple outlets mainly near housing estates, serving generations of families.
The goal was to redesign their website to offer online delivery and better appeal to the tastes of millenials
Our strategy was to first understand their consumers, before designing a new user flow to facilitate online delivery, based on consumer needs and preferences.
