Kim San Leng (F&B) Group
Kim San Leng is a traditional coffeeshop chain that has served Singaporeans with traditional local delights since 1965. Since then, they have opened multiple outlets mainly near housing estates, serving generations of families. The client approached us with the intention of redesigning their website to offer online delivery of the traditional delicacies.
We wanted to bring a refresh to the dated Kim San Leng brand, while still retaining most of the culture that they painstakingly took to develop — starting with their website
Majority of the existing clientele come from older age groups. How do we come up with a design that appeals to millenials without alienating our existing customers?
